LE PÔLE PSYCHOLOGIE
Accompagner les familles et l’équipe éducative dans le projet éducatif de chaque élève de l’enseignement catholique de Maine-et-Loire telle est la mission du pôle psychologie.
Les fonctions du pôle psychologie sont :
- Consultations psychologiques auprès des jeunes et de leur famille
- Accompagnement des équipes enseignantes
- Partenariat privilégié avec les enseignants spécialisés
- Suivi de scolarisation des enfants en grande difficulté ou en situation de handicap, (dispositif spécialisé, structure adaptée, classes ordinaires)
- Participation à des équipes éducatives et des équipes de suivi de scolarisation
- Participation à la constitution de dossier MDA et CDO : accompagnement Aide Humaine SESSAD, orientations ULIS, SEGPA et établissements médicaux sociaux
- Partenariat avec les intervenants extérieurs à l’école (CMP, CMPP, MDS, ASE, libéraux, soignants, …)
- Participation aux équipes Pluridisciplinaires d’évaluation de la MDA et aux Commissions d’Orientation de la CDO
- Accompagnement des établissements dans la gestion des situations de crise
